These are formal Shingon sect prayer beads (double-ring prayer beads) made with Star Moon Bodhi Seed (Seigetsu Bodaiju).

Main Beads (Omadama): Star Moon Bodhi Seed
Characterized by black dots (stars) and one large hole (moon) on the surface of the beads.
Considered one of the three sacred trees of Buddhism, it changes to a beautiful amber color with use, enhancing its texture.

Parent Beads, Four Heavenly Kings Beads: Indian Jade (Aventurine)
Green Indian Jade, a natural stone.
The combination of the beige of the Star Moon Bodhi Seed and the vibrant green of the jade is a very popular arrangement.

Tassels: Pure Silk Hana Bonten Tassels (Shoken Hanabontenbou)
Tassels with a rounded tip, made of brown pure silk.
