E-2 [Antique Tool] Natural Wood Sushi Oke (Rice Tub) with Copper Band, Showa Retro Vintage, Deeply Appealing Texture

Product Description
Thank you for viewing!
This is a natural wood sushi oke (rice tub/rice bowl) with a deeply appealing texture that has developed over time.
This is a vintage item perfect for those who love Showa retro antique tools, old Japanese house furniture, industrial, or brocante interiors.
The contrast between the warmth of the wood and the copper band (the metal part on the outer frame) that has deepened in color with age is wonderful, and simply placing it will create a nostalgic Japanese atmosphere in your space.

[Condition]
There are scratches, dirt, and signs of use.
Gaps due to age (typical of wooden products due to drying) can be seen where the wood pieces join on the sides, but we hope to pass this on to someone who can enjoy it as character/texture that has survived through the ages.
If you plan to use it for its original purpose, we recommend soaking it thoroughly in water to allow the wood to expand before use, or using it for display and interior decoration, such as arranging dried flowers.

We appreciate your understanding of the condition.
Shipping will be with simple cleaning and simple packaging.
